@zipweather is Up and Running

zipweather is a twitter bot that will tell you the weather when you reply to it. This is my first twitter bot and I plan on replicating it’s functionality on identi.ca. The code is free to download and modify as you like so build upon my idea or make your own.

Hey, so, I think @zipweather is really cool! Let me know if you need anything to keep it going.
One thing you might want to think about is using XMPP for the Identica version. You can receive easy-to-parse Jabber messages from Identica, and reply over Jabber. I think it’s a cool way to do bots.
